Lenovo has launched a new NetBook series under the brand name S-Series with two different models. The Netbook is powered with Intel Atom N475 Processor and other features which most low budget Netbooks offer. The other hardware components include WiFi 802.11b/g/N, WWAN, 3G Internet Connectivity and bluetooth 2.0+EDR.
The Netbook is available in two flavours ie Wind & Moon series which are actually two different external looks of Netbooks with colors and tattoo type styles which normally offered by Dell under the name of Artistic Laptops.
The Netbook is actually a revised and better upgraded version of the IdeaPad S10-3 series which is targeted towards Students, travelers and businessmen who travel a lot and need a low cost mobile computer to stay connected within their network and also update their reports. The best part of this Netbook is the Processor which is of ultra low voltage giving you the maximum battery backup and more computing time.

The Netbook is going to cost you Rs 18,401 which is a comparatively low price when you are planning to buy a new Desktop computer because using these kind of Netbooks you can not only fulfill all your computing requirements but also stay connected while traveling using the available data cards in the market or else with the Wifi Internet connectivity feature available in the device when you are in a Wireless Internet Range.

The IdeaPad S10-3s Moon Netbook comes on a 10.1″ Screen which is a LED Glare display, a screen which is good for your eyes because of the LED Technology along with a 128Mb shared video memory which would help you to run graphical or video related applications easily. The display resolution is increased from 1024×600 to 1280×720 pixels offering you a better quality display and more screen area. Along with this the device also supports Ethernet Network card along with Wifi & Bluetooth connectivity. The new Netbook also has a bigger sized touch pad which comes in use when you are planning to run applications related to graphics and designing.

 The Netbook comes with a licensed copy of Windows 7 Home Basic Operating System preinstalled along with a 1.3Mp webcam located on the top of the Netbook offering you a option to have a video conference on the go. There is also a 4-in-1 Media Card Reader supporting SD, SDHC and Multimedia Card (MMC), 2 USB v2.0 ports, Realtek ALC6628 Hi-Definition Audio 5.1 CODEC Hardware with build-in 2 stereo speaker system of 1.5 Watts each and also sports built-in Microphone. The whole device has a total weight of 1.25Kgs with 6-cell battery and if you are planning for a higher battery backup you can go for 8-cell battery which would make the Netbook weigh 1.51kgs giving you a final battery backup of around 5 hours, though you can still increase this by implementing some of the tips we had written earlier on increasing laptop battery life.
